"2" - MAJOR VERSION - Incremented when major changes or components
are fundamentally changed.
"0" - MINOR VERSION - specifying to which release family this
version belongs. Incremented when significant features are added/changed
"5" - FIX VERSION - optimizations, fixes, amendments, minor tweaks
or additions to an API (not affecting backward compatibility) increment
this number.
"78" - BUILD I.D. - This number is incremented often and automatically
for any released (or sub-released) Highwinds code. This ID specifies
exactly how and when the code was built, and uniquely identifies the
properties of the code to the developers in the case of minor/special
releases on a per-request or per-customer basis.
